The Upper KFC site is on Parliament Row next to KFC. It is large enough to fit gazebos and stands. Hirers should place their stand/gazebo next to the advertising billboards and facing away from the KFC. This site benefits from being one of the main through fares to the Potteries Shopping Centre from the east of the city centre.
