Stoke Town Hall offers an unforgettable experience for events with a difference. The grade II listed building offers large and versatile spaces that can be used for various events such as conferences, gala dinners, award ceremonies, themed events, dance events, boxing, and weddings. With a variety of spaces ranging from the majestic 1000 capacity Kings Hall to smaller, more intimate meeting rooms, visit the Stoke Town Hall section to see how we can accommodate your next event.
We offer some amazing unique spaces for hire including Gladstone Pottery Museum and The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery.
Gladstone Pottery Museum is a working museum of a coal-fired Victorian pottery factory located in Longton. The grade II* listed building is a fine example of a typical factory that once filled Stoke-on-Trent’s landscape when coal burning ovens made the world’s finest bone china, offering the chance to hold your event beneath the museum’s bottle kilns, of which there are less than 50 surviving in the UK.
The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery houses the world’s greatest collection of Staffordshire ceramics and the Staffordshire Hoard, the largest hoard of Anglo-Saxon gold ever found. The museum offers excellent conference, event, and meeting spaces ranging from a 300-seater theatre to immersive private gallery experiences.
A new state-of-the-art Spitfire Gallery, opened in September 2021, is located within the Potteries Museum & Art Gallery and is home to the city’s newly restored Spitfire RW388, that commemorates Reginald Mitchell, the designer of the Spitfire, who was born in Kidsgrove and educated in Stoke-on-Trent. The Spitfire Gallery offers a unique opportunity for your event or special celebration to take place alongside Spitfire RW388. Positioned adjoining the newly refurbished Violet's Café and with its own outdoor private terrace, this versatile and accessible space is suitable for receptions, dinners, lunch and conferences.
Fenton Manor Leisure Centre and Dimensions Leisure Centre offer unique spaces too including arenas that can accommodate up to 3500 spectators. The team have vast experience in hosting national and international sporting competitions such as gymnastics, table tennis, dancing, and boxing.
Stoke-on-Trent is home to a collection of beautiful parks and outdoor spaces available to use for your next event. Hanley Park on the edge of Stoke-on-Trent City Centre has recently been regenerated through an exciting £6 million comprehensive restoration scheme of the park’s historic core and infrastructure and can offer an events field that can accommodate large and major events with over 6,000 visitors.
All of our exciting event spaces and places are conveniently located in Stoke-on-Trent in the north midlands. The city is excellently linked to the M6 motorway via the A500 and the M1 motorway via the A50. Stoke-on-Trent railway station is located on the West Coast mainline, offering trains between London and Manchester as well as providing an interchange between various local services running through Cheshire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire.
